About Us
Notlesü is a brotherhood for men who refuse to stay broken—built to help them rebuild strength, faith, and purpose from the inside out. Through the 40 Years Deep framework, we train men to master themselves, lead their families, and forge legacies that last.

Notlesü was born out of brokenness — and the decision not to stay there.
I’m David Uselton — firefighter, husband, father, and founder of this movement.
For years, I watched good men burn out — in the firehouse, in their homes, and in their hearts. I lived it myself.
Notlesü became the place I wish I had when I was drowning quietly in the chaos.
Our mission is simple:
Help men reclaim their foundation through the same process that rebuilt me — the 40 Years Deep framework.
Phase 1: Awareness — Face yourself with honesty
Phase 2: Alignment — Rebuild your core values
Phase 3: Application — Live out your virtues
Phase 4: Advancement — Thrive in leadership and legacy
This isn’t another “self-help” brand. This is a movement of men rebuilding their purpose from the inside out.
